Coaching for Women

If you've landed here, chances are something no longer feels quite right.

Perhaps you're navigating perimenopause or midlife and wondering why your body, energy and emotions feel so different. Maybe you've spent years putting everyone else first and have reached a point where you're burnt out, questioning your career or relationships, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself.

What got you here,
won’t get you there

For many women, our late thirties, forties and fifties are a period of reinvention. In Chinese culture, this season of life is known as the "Second Spring"—a beautiful reminder that midlife isn't an ending, but the beginning of a new chapter. As we move through perimenopause, we're being offered an opportunity to redirect our energy in a different way.

After spending decades channelling our energy outwards—building careers, raising families, caring for others, or pursuing goals—this season of life invites us inward. It asks us to pause, reflect and reassess what truly matters. The constant pressure to do, achieve and keep pushing is often shaped by a world that values productivity over presence and action over stillness.

For many women, perimenopause is a quiet reckoning. It gently exposes the places where we've been living out of alignment and invites us to let go of outdated expectations, patterns and beliefs that no longer serve us.

What got you here will not be what carries you forward. Something different is needed. Your body, mind and spirit are all evolving, and what once worked may no longer honour the woman you are today.

This is where I come in.

your body isn’t the problem.

When women reach out to me, they’re usually saying things like:

"I feel stuck”
“I don't know what to do next."
"I'm exhausted but I don’t know how to stop”
"I’m constantly overthinking everything.”
"I've lost confidence in myself."

“Something feels off but I can’t put my finger on what”
“I can’t remember the last time I felt like me”
"I don't recognise the woman I've become."

On the surface, these can look like confidence, career or relationship problems. But underneath, there's something much deeper going on.

Years of stress, people-pleasing, pushing through and putting everyone else's needs first can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves. During times of hormonal change—particularly perimenopause—that sense of disconnection can become even more pronounced.

Your nervous system is designed to protect you. When it perceives ongoing stress or threat, it can become harder to slow down, think clearly and trust yourself. This isn't because you're lacking confidence or self-esteem (although these things can impact decision making) it's because your body is trying to keep you safe. Many of the women I work with have spent years living in a low-level state of stress and anxiety without even realising it. Over time, the body adapts, holding tension as its default. What once began as protection, becomes a pattern. Then, as we move through midlife and perimenopause, the strategies that helped us cope for so long often stop serving us.

That's why my approach is different. Unlike many coaches, I don't believe lasting change comes from changing your mindset alone. It comes from learning to trust your body again.

Drawing on my ten years as a professional Co-Active Coach and extensive training in yoga and women's health, including menstrual cycle awareness, feminine embodiment, pelvic and womb care, and nervous system regulation, I'll help you understand what your body is communicating, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and create meaningful, lasting change from the inside out.

coaching that works with the whole of you

I don't believe lasting change comes from changing your mindset alone. It comes from learning to trust your body again.

My coaching creates the space to slow down, step out of survival mode, and reconnect with the wisdom that's been within you all along. Together, we'll explore the patterns shaping your life, understand what your body is communicating, and uncover a way forward that feels deeply aligned with what’s most important to you.

What makes my approach different is the way it weaves together professional coaching, women's health and yoga, menstrual cycle awareness, feminine embodiment and nervous system regulation. Rather than offering quick fixes or simply helping you think differently, I'll help you understand yourself at a much deeper level—so the changes you make transform the way you live, lead, and relate to yourself.

This isn't simply about achieving goals. It's about creating a life that honours the woman you are today, as well as the woman you’re becoming.

I work with your whole self—not just the part that thinks, but the part that feels, knows and remembers. My role isn't to give you the answers or tell you what to do. It's to ask thoughtful questions, listen deeply, gently challenge the patterns that no longer serve you, and help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom.

Clients often describe my coaching as adventurous, fun, insightful, intuitive, creative, nurturing and deeply transformative. My background in theatre and the performing arts brings curiosity, playfulness and imagination to our work together, helping you discover new perspectives and possibilities you may never have considered on your own.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of supporting women from all walks of life, both in the UK and around the world. One of the greatest joys of my work is witnessing the moment a woman begins to trust herself again. When that happens, everything starts to change—not because she's become someone new, but because she's finally coming home to herself.
