When clients reach out to me, they’re not saying, “I want to connect more deeply with my body.” They’re usually saying: “I feel stuck… I don’t know what to do next… I can’t say no, and I’m exhausted… I can’t focus, I keep procrastinating… I feel trapped in a job I hate and don’t know how to get out”
On the surface, these can look like life, career, or confidence problems. But underneath, there’s a deeper disconnection—driven by a dysregulated nervous system and an overwhelmed, exhausted body. The reason why my coaching is so powerful is because we address the root cause, rather than simply trying to address the mindset you’re currently stuck in.
Your nervous system is designed to protect you. But for many women, it gets stuck in a constant state of stress, especially during times of hormonal change, such as perimenopause. When your body doesn’t feel safe, it shifts into survival mode—making it hard to slow down, think clearly, and trust yourself.
This is why you find yourself overthinking, second-guessing, and feeling stuck. It’s not that you can’t make decisions—it’s that your body is prioritising trying to keep you safe.

Coaching provides a safe, confidential and empowering space for you to slow down and learn to truly listen—to your body, heart, mind, and soul. From this place of connection, real insight, growth, and healing unfolds.
What makes my coaching unique is the way it weaves together ancient and modern wisdom. From Eastern practices such as mindfulness and yogic philosophy to some of the latest evidence-based neuroscience and highly effective contemporary coaching tools. Coaching has been proven to help develop positive new neural networks, helping you to respond more calmly to stress, to make clear choices more confidently, and to access much more of your potential creativity.
This integrative approach is designed to help you to strengthen your mental and emotional resilience; tune into your inner wisdom and values; make choices that are deeply aligned with what matters most and create lasting, meaningful change from the inside out.
This is not just about achieving goals (although that can be helpful)—it’s about coming home to yourself.
I work with ALL of you—your full, messy, complex self—not just the part that thinks, but the part that feels and knows.
My extensive training in yoga, women’s health, and cyclical living allows me to take a holistic approach to coaching, working with your body to understand what’s happening on a deeper level.
My clients describe my coaching as joyful, intuitive, playful, nurturing, creative, adventurous and powerful. I will listen to you deeply with my full attention, giving you space to think, to feel and to be heard. You can count on me to be honest and straightforward, asking clarifying questions and making empowering requests.
My theatrical background also gives me a creative, playful and improvisational style that I use when clients feel stuck to help them see ‘outside the box’. I will not seek to dish out advice or ‘solve’ your problems but will hold a safe and welcoming space, and ask powerful questions which will help you to think, to feel and to see things more clearly for yourself.

I get asked this a lot! If you're committed to making changes in your life then coaching may be right for you. Coaching is focused on where you are now, what's next for you and how you want to evolve so that you can fulfil your true potential. We look at what is needed so that you can create a life which is fulfilling and aligned to who you are, and what’s most important to you right now.
Whilst we explore feelings and emotions, coaching is NOT therapy or counselling. This is an important distinction. I cover this more in the separate FAQ below.

Coaching tends to be more forward-focused and has an emphasis on deepening the learning and taking actionable steps. We explore where you are today and where you'd like to get to. I’ll help you remove the obstacles, move forward, set personal and professional goals and take action to create the life you desire. I am also a trauma-informed coach so I have a solid understanding of trauma and also what constitutes a traumatic reaction.
Therapy or counselling tends to focus on the past, and how those experiences or circumstances might be affecting you now. Therapy has a much stronger emphasis on healing and understanding.
If for any reason, I feel other therapeutic professional services would be more beneficial, I will discuss this with you and request you get the help you need.

Please contact me so we can arrange to have an initial free 30-minute chat over the phone which will help me to get an understanding of your needs and requirements. It will also give you the chance to ask me any questions you may have, and for us both to test the chemistry between us to see whether we would be a good match.

I will send you the relevant coaching agreement forms, along with a questionnaire for you to complete. The latter is designed to get you thinking about what you most need from our work together. We would then have an initial 'discovery' session where we will design how we will work together and how you want me to coach you, what you wish for in your life and what I am to hold for you as your vision.

Yes! After each session there is usually something for you to take away and work on, or put into action with the option of accountability. The real coaching happens when you start to integrate deeper awareness and insights into your life. The enquiries are an important part of this.

I offer three and six-month coaching packages. A three-month package costs £800. A six-month package costs £1,500. I offer the option to pay installments if you prefer to spread the cost.

Our sessions will take place remotely, either via phone or Zoom unless otherwise agreed. Sessions usually take place every two weeks and last one hour.
